How can I enable cookies in Safari on Mac?

My banking site requires me to enable cookies. I have deleted all my third party protection extensions. I have gone to settings-->advanced-->block all cookies, which is set to OFF. The obvious solution is to go to Firefox, but I would prefer to use my default browser.

Try enabling cross-site tracking. (Safari/Settings/Privacy/Prevent cross-site tracking should be unselected). I used to have to do that for Truist.

Good luck
