First you must be sure that Audio-Technica turntable is Bluetooth compatible.

If you have one of these models then
If you can't connect a Bluetooth accessory to your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
On your iPhone go to Settings->Bluetooth. The turntable should be displayed there with the option to pair.
If the issue persists then call Audio-Technica customer support for help. You might also refer to the turntable's user guide for information about pairing Bluetooth.
