I want some help to update my purchase date, I was trying on Apple Support app, but the option is not there.

Thank you for the details. Since you did not purchase those at an Apple Store or at Apple.com, you will have to go back to that local store and ask them to fix their error. Apple cannot help with that.

Did you buy the item while in the country your Apple Account is registered and where you plan to use it?

Yes, the item was bought in the country where my Apple Account is registered and where I actually live
