iPhone SE 1st gen locks me out with unknown iCloud account after reset

I reset an iPhone SE 1st gen (bought it new years ago) and now it locks me out and I don't recognise the m*****@icloud.com account. Never had an iCloud account and I was the sole user of the device.

Pretty much what the tile says. I can't seem to figure out the reason why this account shows up as the "previous owner" since I'm the sole owner of this device since purchased.

GOSH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can't believe it worked so smoothly!!!!!!!! I submitted the invoice and the explanation and today, without even checking the status I decided to give it a go and the phone is back on and already set up for my nephew to use it. He's stoked!!!!!!! I'm stoked! That phone has been sitting there like a brick for the past 3 years or so!!!!! thank you so much for the help mate!!!!
