i am brian and i have an iphone 8 plus which is now on activation lock for the past 1 year.I once contacted apple soo many times and they told me my account is not in the system anymore.I then went to apple shop kenya where i wasnt helped at all since i had no receipt to prove my ownership.whereas the email locked inside the iphone is mine but i can find it in the system .it disappeared.i was asking if they could consider my case and open the phone since the email inside was mine and the contacts too everything.its now locked to owner wich is my account but i can access the phone with my account now

Since the account is not in their system anymore, it sounds like it has been deleted, which is something that can be done. When deleting an account, you are advised to remove it from any device it is signed into, otherwise it will be locked to that phone with the only option of providing the receipt for removal. Sorry, but Apple is clear on this for Deleted accounts and you would need the purchase receipt to remove the Activation Lock:

After your account is deleted, you can’t sign out of iCloud or turn off Find My iPhone Activation Lock on your devices. If you forget to sign out, you might not be able to use your device when your account is deleted.
