My son and I just got new iPhone 16 Pro Max’s and I started noticing issues. I touch an icon it doesn’t respond. I have to tap at 2 to 3 times in numerous different programs or the keyboard. I asked my son if he was having any issues and he said he was having the same issue and it’s really annoying. Is there a fix for this yet?

Have you updated your new phones to the newest iOS 18.3.1? If no, do that first, then check if touch is improved. After you update, then Force Restart your phones --> Force restart iPhone - Apple Support (CA)
