iPhone 14 Pro Goes Immediately to Voicemail at times without any rings

On occasion, my phone will not ring and goes immediately to voicemail even when I am holding the phone in my hand like tonight again. I have my phone set to ring 5 or 6 times before I pick up. Tonight it happened again while I was holding my phone. I only knew I got a message as it showed up as a missed call on the face of my phone. This is not the first, second or third time this has happened. Does anyone have the same issue and if so, have any thoughts why it happens. The message left was actually long so that makes me more curious as to why my phone did not ring.

I did turn off transcription after a long search. What are users' thoughts as to whether it is beneficial or not. Does it impact the battery usage? Thanks
