iPhone 11 Pro stuck while restoring the software

I followed the steps from the Apple support to use the Apple device in restoring my iPhone but I’m not sure how to deduce when this process is done. After it shows “your computer is restoring the software on the iPhone” for a while then it shows to connect iPhone again which seems like it’s but the restore logo still comes on so I’m not sure.
