eSIM and physical SIM not working on iPhone in Belarus

hi, esim stopped working, as well as the physical sim card. but there are no service centers in Belarus

eSIM unable to Continue Cellular Configuration I am unable to activate an eSIM on my iPhone 13 Pro (iOS 17.4.1) while traveling in Portugal. The error is Unable to Continue Cellular Configuration. iPhone is unlocked. WiFi and carrier signals are strong. I’ve never used a 2nd number, other eSIM or other physical SIM card. Reset Network settings, Airplane mode on/off, and power cycling do not resolve issue. Carriers (Verizon, MEO for eSim) tell me there is no issue with eSIM or their network, “it is an iPhone issue.”

Bug in Upgrade to 17.1 both eSim and physical sim not detected After updating to IOS 17.1 , both eSim and Physical sim not detected in my iphone. I have tried all possible steps. restarted reset the network settings upon removing the physical sim , esim started working as usual. i checked the physical other devices. it is working fine. physical sim is the international roaming ,one from India i majorly used to receive OTP for my banking transaction. it was working very well till before updating IOS 17.1 it became a headache for me. Is there any solution from Apple.corp

There is no need for you to visit an Apple Authorized Service Provider there. Your eSIM and physical SIM card issues should be taken up with your carrier, not Apple.
