How do I fix Face ID issues after my iPhone dropped on floor

I will say there’s a day when the phone fell on the floor, since then the Face ID stopped working

You will want to get your iPhone checked out at the Genius Bar or an Apple Authorized Service Provider as the TrueDepth camera is likely damaged.

If the phone fell and Face ID is no longer working, the phone was damaged in the fall. You'll need to schedule an appointment at your Apple Store Genius Bar for evaluation and service options. There's nothing we can for a hardware issue caused by a fall.
