Phishing scam.
The sender isn’t Apple, and the contact link or contact phone number provided will go somewhere other than Apple.
The most common version recently includes a reference to a $143.95 “fraud”, though the claimed amount can varies—common text of the phishing scam includes “we have noticed that your Apple id was used at “APPLE STORE” for $143.95, paid by Apple Pay Pre Authorization”, though that too can vary.
If you still have concerns about the message, look up the support contact info for the payment provider involved — don’t use the contact info in the message — and contact the provider directly.
