Unauthorized iCloud and Other Charges on My Apple Account

Unauthorized iCloud and Other Charges on My Apple Account

Dear Apple Support,

I am writing to seek clarification and resolution regarding multiple unexpected charges on my Apple account. Below are the details:

  1. I subscribed to the 50GB iCloud storage plan in June 2024 for $0.99 per month. From June to August 2024, I was correctly charged $0.99 on the 13th of each month. However, starting in September 2024, I have been charged twice per month—once on the 13th and again on the 21st. This has continued for the past six months.
  2. On January 22, 2025, a charge of $30.99 was debited from my account. I did not subscribe to any new apps or services from Apple.
  3. On February 12, 2025, an unexpected charge of $49.99 was debited. Again, I have not made any purchases or subscriptions.
  4. On February 15, 2025, another charge of $4.99 appeared, which I did not authorize.

I would appreciate your assistance in investigating these charges. If these were made in error, I kindly request a refund. Please also advise on how to prevent such occurrences in the future.

Looking forward to your prompt response.

Best regards,

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 15.3

You're not addressing Apple in this tech support community and we, just users like you, cannot offer you an appropriate answer.

If you're sure that those charges come from Apple (check your bank statement very carefully, ignoring scam messages that might be addressed to your iPhone), start reading this support page:--> Subscriptions and Billing – Official Apple Support, and check each of the first 5-6 sections.

If you cannot find the information you were looking for, please contact iTunes Store Support Team directly and explain your problem, using this specific link:--> https://getsupport.apple.com/?caller=ikb&PGF=PGF51002&category_id=SC0060&symptom_id=21084

(if you get no help, look at the bottom of the link, where you can contact them using "chat" or "phone" options).
