I have received notices that icloud was full. I requeted how to delete items. Never received an answer.
Just got a credit card charge of #26.99. Why? Did not authorize this.

Where are you seeing this charge exactly?
Where did you request how to delete things? Did you to the notice you got saying your iCloud was full?
Was this an email or text message that said you were charged?
Are you actually seeing the charge in your card’s statement or transaction history?
What does the charge say it’s for?
