my iPhone phone is acting strange

I was in the car then my iPhone 14 screen started freaking outs I update my phone to see if that works but the screen glitch got even worst, soon my tap screen stoped work then my phone went black's force started it and the screen went back to normal however I still can't use tap screen I can't do anything on the phone its stuck on Lock Screen and tap screen does not works tired force restarting around 15 times but I got no were with its there a way to fix this or do I have to get a new screen/phone
