Airpod case won't reset, there is no white or amber light; only a green light. Cannot get airpods to connect to iPhone or iPad
I tried all reset steps and software update.

Airpods Green Light Only (Solution)
Problem:
- Airpods no longer connect to any device, showing green light only
Solutions suggested by Apple or found on the internet that did not work:
- disconnect & reconnect
- "forget" the airpods on your device
- hold button till white or amber light appears (I've tried 15 seconds,
several minutes)
The solution that did work for me and I have not
seen anywhere:
- connect the case to charge it
- while pushing the button, disconnect the charging cable
The Airpods case immediately started flashing white, problem solved!
