AirPods won’t reset. No amber light.
Can’t pair my AirPods, have tried everything. Trying to reset but don’t get the amber light.

We'd suggest the following related troubleshooting steps, if your AirPods won't reset:
- Try to charge the AirPods: Charge your AirPods and learn about battery life - Apple Support
- Test a different charging cable.
- Test a different power adapter.
- Test a different power outlet.
If they charge up, you can then try to reset them again, using the steps here: How to reset your AirPods and AirPods Pro - Apple Support
In case you can't reset or charge them, then it would be best to bring them in for an inspection: AirPods Repair & Service - Apple Support
Select on Service here and search nearby for locations: Find Locations - Apple
Bring the AirPods, charging case, a photo ID, and the original receipt with you to the appointment.
