How can I fix my partially unresponsive iPhone touch screen?

part of my screen isn’t sensitive to touch. Even outside the keyboard. I reset it, cleaned it, did any upgrades and still nothing. Please help M, k and o aren’t working

The screen is failing. More letters will be dropping out. Make an appointment at the Apple Store or take the phone to an authorized Apple service shop.

Keys Not Working an iPhone:


A. Close All Apps:

These apps may be open making this occur. So, save what need be, and then close all apps. Hold you finger down as you swipe up form the bottom-left corner of your screen. Then, close all of these open apps, by sweeping up quickly for all apps.


B. Perform a Force Restart:

Try Force Restarting your iPhone. Save any information that need be. Then perform the restart. See if you can then perform this. Go Here: Force Restart iPhone - Apple Support
