Why is my iPhone touch screen not responding?
Touch screen not responding.was ( fixed temporarily with a push button sequence of volume and power. Keeps happening?

Sounds like you already performed a Forced Restart, in that case I would suggest service at your nearest Apple Store’s Genius Bar or Apple Authorized Service Provider as this may be a hardware issue.
