Unauthorized charges for unknown app on iPhone

I have been charged $59.99 for the purchase of this app that I never made. I’ve never heard of them and I certainly do not have this app.

I have requested a refund but have not heard anything.

Wondering if you checked your Apple purchase history, and whether or not the app shows up there ?

Eg: If you use Family Sharing: could the app have been purchased by a family member

Also make sure no other devices are logged into your account by going to Settings > [name on top], and scroll to the bottom. If someone else knows your Apple ID and Password, they can log into your account on their own device to make purchases. If someone else knows your Password and you see an unknown device logged into your account, then change it immediately and do not share it with anyone.

If someone knows the Passcode to your device, then they are authorized to use your device and also make purchases. If that is the case, change your Passcode here:
