I saw this charge on my account the past few months. I thought it was something for my spouses job. But when I googled the name of what shows up next to the charge I found that it’s an app. I did not sign up for this app and I did not authorize any of these charges

What shows up next to the charge?
Unless it appears "apple.com/bill" the charge is not coming from Apple or an app from its App store.
Any charge that appears with a specific name or item other than 'apple.com/bill", comes from the app developer or website directly, and you need to deal with them directly as it was not started or is in anyway managed by Apple.
If you tell us what the charge is for specifically, then we may be able to help you find the website and cancel it.
