How can I adjust earth wallpaper orientation on iPhone?

Hey, it’s not really much, but I was wondering if anybody knew how to move my earth wallpaper so that I can see the east side of the country? The lights look SO MUCH better and since I’m in California, I’m literally staring at half the ocean. If not, it’s totally okay, just wondering! The first photo is what I currently have set, but I want it to look like the second.
