I had this issue on my 2017 Mac back in the day. Regardless of the model, the connector between the LogicBoard and the screen. Then connector kept becoming lose. I had to get it serviced 11 times, until I was granted my money towards a new Mac. So, get this serviced. Who is the seller? If Apple, you’ll have to go through Apple, if covered by AppleCare.
