Can’t change my child’s birth date
So when I was putting a child account for 11 year old son but instead I put it into 10 years old can you please help me

You need to contact Apple Support at this point. This is a safety feature to disable the age feature for children. It prevents them changing their age to permit access to age restricted apps, content, etc.
