Why am I receiving strange OTA updates on my iPhone?

I have automatic software updates on my iphone SE and keep getting strange things happening on my phone. Someone has made me a developer and it certainly wasnt me and no one has access to my phone. I have copied a bit of the report if anyone can help, i keep getting emails saying welxonw to family sharing at least 3 times a week but i share my account with no one. I cant do a safety check because it says unable to gather information from home and maps when i deleted them apps ages ago. Any help would be appreciated

Here us a copy of the enail from Apple

Hello Michelle,

Thank you for contacting Developer Support.

I understand you found someone is using Developer privileges to access your phone and you don’t want to be a developer.

I found your Apple Account is not associated with any Apple Developer Program membership or enrollment.

But your Apple Account is registered as a developer. If you would like disable your Apple Account developer status, please reply to this email and let me know.

If you have additional questions related to this request, please refer to case number

When plug ins are being put on my phone and i look up certain words from the logs only to find out they are all bad especially when someone has made me a developer, certainly not me. Its very worrying.

You clearly didn't read what Lawrence Finch told you. You haven't been made a developer and you're trying to decipher analytics, which no one but Apple can, and then only with specialized tools to read them. Thus you are worrying needlessly.

There is no point in looking through analytics; there is nothing you can learn from them without an iOS data dictionary, and that is only available to Apple employees working in development areas. And even they don’t actually look at logs; they process them with an app that generates a human readable report, because they don’t want to slog through thousands of lines of gibberish either.
