Static issue in right AirPod Pro 1st Gen on calls

Hello I hope someone can help, I bought some refurbished AirPods Pro 1st gen refurbished and was having problems with static on the right EarPods only when I call someone and only they can hear it. So I was sent a replacement pair and they are doing exactly the same, I thought it was my phone so I tried on someone else phone and it’s doing the same, I tried troubleshooting but nothing is working.. how can it be happening on both pairs and the same AirPod
