Why doesn't my Apple TV appear on AirPlay?

- For use with AirPlay, the Apple TV box has to be on the same home network. Preferably do not use multiple SSID network names, as devices on one segment can’t communicate with devices on a different segment. Recommended settings.
- For use with AirPlay, the Apple TV box has to have AirPlay setting activated.
