Why is my iPhone not connecting to Wi-Fi?

Two I phones in this house connected to same Wi-fi, one works mine does not! I have restarted my phone and cleared all tabs. Nothing! I cannot get on the internet but I can send and receive texts.

Restart your router by removing all power for about 14 seconds.


Next, if that doesn’t fix it, Do you have a 3rd party VPN installed, even if you are not using it? If so, delete the VPN profile in Settings/General/VPN & Device Management/VPN. Don't just turn it off; delete the profile. If that fixes it, you can try reinstalling VPN. However, VPN actually reduces your privacy, it does not enhance it.


Texts do not use Wi-Fi, they use the cellular voice channel, and photo texts use cellular data.
