When I go to turn on tracking in settings it is completely grey, it says I might not be old enough but I’m over 18. I’ve logged out and even rebooted my phone. Everything is up to date all apps and my system. I’m not sure what else to do?

Also, go to Settings/Screen Time/Content & Privacy Restrictions and check the setting for Allow Apps to Request to Track.
