AirPod Pro - connecting to Garmin Fenix 8 Sapphire

Connect to Garmin OK.

When I switch back to I-phone, the AirPod Pro won’t reconnect automatically. I have to forget the Pods and pair again. Then when I want to reconnect to Garmin I have to remove and pair again with Garmin. Merry go around!

Same with laptop!

Grateful if anyone knows how to resolve and would share the solution. If there is a solution to having to forget and pair again each time you switch devices?

Hello,

I am sorry that only Apple devices do this automatically. Rather than re-pairing, you can put the airpods pro in the case, keep it open and hold the button on the back for around 5 secs. This’ll popup a white light, making it discoverable on bluetooth. Sorry, I am new and not an expert. If you have already done this, I would recommend contacting Apple to see if there is another solution of which I do not know of. Official Apple Support
