Mac OS Ventura Dual monitor setup

I have bought a belkin thunderbolt 3 dock but can only get one external monitor to work. I can't see the tab in privacy and settings to toggle on allow accessories to connect.

Can anyone assist?

Thanks in advance

Sorry, I should have specified, its a 2017 macbook pro with intel processor.

The dock I am using is a belking thunder bolt 3 core dock.

Since I posted the question I have also purchased an active display port to hdmi cable and it is now working perfectly.

Your tag line says that you have a 13" MacBook Pro running macOS 13.7 (Ventura).

If this is a

  • MacBook Pro (13-inch, M1, 2020)
  • MacBook Pro (13-inch, M2, 2022)

with a plain M1 or M2 chip, it supports only one external display. It can be a very high-resolution display (even a 32" 6K Apple Pro Display XDR), but there can only be one.

If this is a different MacBook Pro, please identify it and the specific Belkin dock (e.g., Belkin Thunderbolt 3 Dock Pro or Belkin Thunderbolt Dock 3 Plus) that you are using.
