Hoe krijg ik weg dat hij onmiddellijk een wachtwoord vraagt zodra pc in sluimerstand gaat

Never seen this and I hope others can help. The thread below shows something similar:
Lock Screen setting - not possible to set to 'Never'
That one looks like an iCloud issue.
If I understand correctly, the message below in your image says something like 'Password required immediately when synchronous iPhone display is configured for automatic authentication'. This implies that it could be an iPhone setting.
What happens if you turn off automatic syncing, or even if you switch off the iPhone?
