Under shortcuts I created an automation to turn my iPad on and off automatically between 10PM and 7 AM, but automation needs my OK every time wants to execute which defeats the purpose of doing this.
is there a way I can enforce that?

The Shutdown (or Restart) action requires user confirmation. There is no way around it. Sorry. Besides, the start/restart automation wouldn't be triggered at 7 AM because the iPhone would be turned off.
