How do I regain access to an Apple Account-linked Twitter account with a generated email?

I created my X(twitter) account using apple id. I lost access now they are asking me to verify my email while the email used into my account was generated by apple a random email.

they sent a code but i'm unable to access the code. How to fix it?

The generated email address is redirected to your existing iCloud email. Log in to https://icloud.com/email and any emails sent to the generated address should be available there.
