I receive a lot of SMS messages from Apple saying that this is the verification code for my account. I receive at least 4 messages every day. How do I hide or change my email? So that no one tries to access it?

To me it sounds like somebody knows your account identifier email and they know your password. The final security step is what you are experiencing, namely Apple sending a two factor verification code to your telephone. In that case your account is compromised and changing your password may be sufficient.
