Chime (Stride Bank) Visa Debit still not being allowed Instant transfer option.

This has been an ongoing issue for years and why it’s 2025 and yet to be fixed confounds me. My Visa debit card (Visa is eligible) with Chime a.k.a “Stride bank” (on the eligibility list via Apple for instant transfer) is still not coming up as an option for me when I wish to instant transfer. I have the latest iOS and am even in the Beta for the upcoming. There is NO REASON it shouldn’t be possible. I have tried to select the card manually in settings yet, it is “greyed out” as if it’s ineligible. What is going on here???
