Return it for refund. They didn't sell you what they claimed they were selling. Only the carrier the phone is locked to can unlock it. Amazon can't. We can't help you. Apple can't help you.

Keep in mind iPhone 15 Pro was discontinued last September. Anything you buy at this point is most likely either used or refurbished.

Check Amazons return policy for items sold not as described. Did Amazon just do fulfillment or was the sale and fulfillment through the seller?

You have two options:

• Keep the phone and never use it.

• Return the phone for a refund

Don't buy a phone unless you have it in your hands and the seller is a legitimate shop that agrees in writing to let you return the phone for a refund within 7-14 days.
