To release the Activation Lock on an Apple Watch,
you need either:
1] the Apple Account and password used to initate
the Activation Lock, or
2] receipt from Apple or Apple authorized Apple Watch
reseller showing the serial number of the watch.
If you acquired the watch second hand, contact the previous
owner for assistance.
There is no workaround for the security features of Activation Lock.
