Cannot open database in MindNode due to 'database or disk is full' error on iMac

when i try to open a file throgh mind node systerm show me cannotOpenDatabase(Error Domain=SqliteErrorDomain Code=13 "database or disk is full" UserInfo={SqliteSQL=PRAGMA auto_vacuum = incremental, SqliteExtendedCode=13, NSDescription=database or disk is full})

and i go to icloud download a file working is ok.

What model and year Mac do you have?

What system version are you running?

How much free space do you have on your boot drive (you get it from the Info pane for the drive)?

What kind of file does this refer to: " i go to icloud download a file working is ok "?
