Why is Dolby Vision not listed after connecting Apple TV 4K to Sony Bravia 8 OLED?

After setting up the Sony Bravia 8 and connecting ATV 4K to HDMI 3, the Dolby Vision setting is not listed (disappeared) w/ either "Enhanced 2.0" and "Advanced 2.1" HDMI Signal Format. Both TV and ATV 4K have latest updates. Also tried restarting and unplugging both. ATV 4K Dolby Vision was listed/ worked before w/ 2018 Sony XBR-A8F, although there was an ongoing issue with the TV picture being darker overall when using DV, so had to use HDR 4K setting.

Issue resolved by changing TV HDMI 3 Signal Format to "Standard" and unplugging ATV 4K.

As soon as I changed TV input to ATV 4K, the "Enable Dolby Vision?" popped up on the screen. However, the HDMI 3 Signal Format hasn't changed and when I do change it to "Enhanced 2.0", the picture (brightness) is dimmer. This has been an ongoing issue w/ this particular ATV 4K (Gen 1).

I'm sure the HDMI cable supports 2.0, but why does it work with the "Standard 1.4" setting and the picture becomes dimmer with the "Enhanced 2.0" setting?

I've never had this much trouble before when using high-end (WireWorld, AudioQuest,..) 4K UHD HDMI cables, only w/ supplied/standard brands.
