How can I update iOS 16 on my iPhone 11?
It’s not letting me update to iOS 16 and I’m trynna figure out how I can do that

On what device? The iPhone 11 in your device line can update all the way to iOS 18, so iOS 16 will not be offered to it.
It also shows it's already running iOS 17, so why would you want to go to a previous version?
If it is running iOS 17 and you want to update to iOS 18, go to Settings ➜ General ➜ Software Update.
If it does not work, then explain exactly what happens when you try to update.
