Using a Child account on my old phone

This morning I created an apple ID via Create a Child Account so that I can set up my old phone her to use. Now teh second phone is getting all of my text etc because I can't sign her in. Every time I try it says the icloud email is not recognized. But on my phone everything looks perfectly fine. HELP!!

Created an icloud email via phone and got to part where it said it sent a code to that email but when i tried to login to web based icloud email, it said id or password was wrong, and after a few attempts locked the account. And when i try to Recover it, it says "This Apple Account is either not valid or not supported." So it seems something broke in setting up the email address i setup on phone. Not sure what to do next.

icloud.com not recognizing icloud email I just set up for a child (to set up old iphone) I'm trying to set up my old iphone 7 for a child after recently purchasing a 14. I created an Apple ID and icloud email for the child as required (after giving parental permission). The code was sent to the email I just set up but when I enter that at icloud.com to try to access the code it says "This Apple ID is not valid or not supported." I just created it and wrote down the email/id and password. I'm pretty sure it is correct. I'm not sure what to do now. Start over? Create a different email/id? If I do, what happens with the first one I created?

How do I add an established iCloud email address to a new phone? Im trying to add a child's apple id to a new phone and I keep getting the email is already in use error. When my daughter got her new iPhone she immediately set it up with her Gmail account which is not connected to the family sharing or parental controls. I've told her she needs to change the phone's apple id to her iCloud email that is connected to the family, however she is at the screen asking her to enter an email address that will be her new Apple ID and she enters her old iCloud email it says email already taken.

It sounds as if you're still logged into the old account on your old phone.
