Fire/smoke alarm detection + Home = save lives! Thanks Apple

Hi community,

I wanted to share my experience with the Apple Home system and its integration with smoke detectors. I recently received an urgent notification on my watch alerting me when the smoke detectors were activated. Thankfully, it wasn't a critical situation this time, but it made me realize how important this feature is.

I strongly recommend installing smoke detectors and setting up the Apple Home system. For instance, if I were outside in the garden listening to music, it’s possible that I might not hear the smoke alarms. This feature could potentially save lives.
