Try Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode (it's under the Help menu at the top)

On Safari hold down the refresh arrow at the RHS of the address bar and reload with reduced privacy protection and reduced content blockers.

Clear all cookies for the site and re-load it; it might be that the cookie consent has been blocked (assuming you have such a thing).

Are you using any of Apple's other privacy related features of macOS such as VPN or whatever that privacy feature is called which masks your IP address? I cannot recall the names of these other macOS features. Perhaps @leroydouglas would be able to come up with them.

I have use this as a way to electronically file taxes for free since the 2020 return with no problem. Something changed with updating to OS 15.3.1. Any ideas for a solution?
