Apps I didn't download are appearing on my iphone

Since mid-January there have been 9 apps downloaded onto my phone that I did not download. I have family sharing with my husband and he did not download the apps either. No one else has access to my phone. Today another app was downloaded and then a text was sent to one of my favourites, a person I was most recently texting. It was the privacy policy from the app that was downloaded.

When this first started happening I changed my Apple ID password. It stopped for awhile but it has started again. Now texts are being sent without my knowledge. I contacted Apple about this. They told me to submit security ticket which I did and the response I received was no security issue. Not sure what I should do now. Any suggestions? Anyone else having this problem?

No Problem. You can stop that from happening on your device by going to Settings > App Store > App Downloads, and turn off that switch.

The Text Messages will be shared across devices that use the same Apple ID also. For that reason it is recommended to not share the Apple Account with family members. Not sure if this is just a short term situation with your Mom in the hospital, but that is what you are most likely experiencing with those as well.
