Airpods pro2 won't connect with desktop imac

Hi, I recently purchased an airpods pro2 and am trying to connect to my Imac. My imac is MacOS Monterey Version 12.7.6. The airpods pro 2 has been pairing and connnecting and now it just stopped working. I have tried all the normal fixes; shutting down the Imac and restarting airpods pro2 many time. The imac recognizes the airpod but I just can't get it to connect. Any suggestions? Best, Don

AirPods 4 (ANC) connected but no sound My (brand new, just out of the box) AirPods 4 (ANC) work on my iPhone, but not on my MacBook Air. They're connected, and videos and music play, but no sound from the AirPods. Here's what I've tried so far based on the suggestions based on previous posts from others: 1) Switching bluetooth off and then on again to reconnect AirPods. 2) "Forgetting" my AirPods on my MacBook Air and then reconnecting it again. 3) Updating and restarting my MacBook Air. Airpods Pro say they are connected to MAC, but no sound comes out I have been using my AirPods Pro with my MacBook for 2 years. Suddenly, it says it is connected, but the sound output never transitions from the laptop speakers to the Airpods. I have followed all steps outlined in the community. I ensured that my output is the Airpods in Systems Settings. I have reset my AirPods by forgetting them on all devices and holding the reset button for 15 seconds with the lid open until the light blinks amber, then white. I have restarted my machine multiple times. Nothing is working. I tried to connect with my husband's AirPods - same issue. Please help!
