I don’t understand how to use it and I was stuck on one step for a while and it seemed like it was glitching, or I just don’t know how to use it. Can anyone help me understand it?

If you are attempting to read diagnostic to diagnose an issue you are having, you simply can't do that. Diagnostics are not human readable by us users. Even Apple employees cannot read them without specialized software. So don't waste your time trying to understand them.
Instead, tell us what issue you're having and maybe we can help you. Or, if you prefer, you can contact Apple and ask them to run diagnostics remotely or schedule an appointment at your Apple Store Genius Bar and they can run them in-store.
