How long will it take for Apple to fix camera and CarPlay issues in IOS 18.3.1?

I'm not sure why anyone told you it's a "software glitch?" If iOS 18.3.1 was causing camera and CarPlay issues, it would be causing them for everyone. And it's positively NOT doing that. I'm not saying you don't have an issue, but waiting for an update to fix your issues, will surely lead to disappointment.

I would take your phone to your closest Apple Store Genius Bar for evaluation and options. They may recommend completely restoring the phone.

This is a user to user forum. Apple doesn't participate here. We have no inside knowledge. If an Apple senior advisor told you there's a software glitch you should have asked them how long while you had the opportunity.
