What is the time limit for shipping a return after initiating it?

Hi - I understand I have 14 days from product receipt to initiate a return. However - my question is: how long do you allow for actual shipping of the return? Is there a time limit between initiating the return and Apple actually receiving the product? Thanks in advance.

The return date is the date that you ship the package to Apple, not when Apple receives it. Be sure to get a receipt from the shipper and keep it in a safe place......just in case.

It would still be a good idea to return the product promptly and not wait to the last minute.....since things have a way of coming up at the last minute.
