How do I enable call waiting on iPhone?

When I'm on a call with someone it won't notify me if someone else calls me at that exact moment. For example, I can be talking to my friend and my mom calls me, it won't notify me at all and shows my mom that I'm busy. I wanna know how to fix this so it doesn't show my mom that I'm busy the moment she calls me, and I just wanna know when someone calls me when I'm talking on the phone. I'm sorry if you don't understand what I'm trying to say, if needed I will explain better.

Sometimes turning a feature off then on again helps. But if it doesn't work, contact your carrier as Call Waiting is a carrier provided feature.

If it's not a Focus you've set, open the Settings App and scan all the way down to the bottom and tap Apps. Then look for and tap Phone. Look for Call waiting and tap it to make sure the switch is turned on.

You may want to check if the Do Not Disturb Focus Mode is on. To check, go to settings, scroll down and click focus, then click do not disturb, click it and turn it off.
