How can I resolve an unrecognized Apple charge and receive a refund?

Hello, good afternoon. I have been trying for over a month to get help with a refund for Apple Cash. I do not recognize the charges I have from a specific company. I contacted Apple agents, and I believe they filed a report; I explained everything in detail. But I still haven't received a response regarding the resolution they made. I am truly very disappointed with Apple's service.
